Nightguards

Nightguards are devices aimed at reducing the severity and frequency of tooth grinding (bruxism) and its symptoms of headaches and sore jaws, as well as clenching.

They also prevent tooth wear thus protecting the teeth as well.

There are two appointments involved in this treatment which are usually 2 weeks apart:

The first appointment is impressions of your upper and lower jaw and the second appointment is to have the nightguard fitted.
