Dentist
Dr Nick Agiannidis BDS (Adel)
Dr Nick Agiannidis is the practice principal of St Marys Dental Care. He has been practicing in the area for the last 38 years after graduating from The University of Adelaide in 1985. Nick is proficient in Greek.
Early 2011 Dr Nick Agiannidis relocated his Clovelly Park Practice and established St Marys Dental Care, a modern and purpose-designed dental practice to provide a comfortable and relaxed working environment for his patients and staff. His philosophy of Dental Practice is to deliver high quality care to everyone and he is committed to excellence with high standards while maintaining a friendly and caring approach.
Nick is proficient in all aspects of dentistry, with extensive experience and interest in restorative, prosthodontic, cosmetic and implant dentistry. Nick enjoys and regularly attends courses, seminars and workshops to maintain his knowledge of the latest advances in Dentistry through continuing education. He is a Master Fastbraces provider.
Dentist
Dr Jun Yong BDS (Adel)
Dr Jun completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery at The University of Adelaide in 2015.
After finishing her studies she spent a number of years in Port Augusta, where she was able to experience treating a diverse community and quickly develop her dentistry skills.
She has since come back home to Adelaide to be able to spend more time with family and has joined the team here at St Marys Dental Care, bringing her positive personality with her!
Dr Jun loves to get to know her patients in order to provide them with quality dental care. She understands that every patient is different and has different needs. She is a caring, friendly and gentle dentist, who takes time to make her patients feel at ease. Even the nervous ones!
Mr James Agiannidis, Oral Health Therapist (Adel)
James Agiannidis completed his Bachelor of Oral Health (BOH) in 2012 at Adelaide University and started work here at St Marys Dental Care in 2014. As a trained Dental Hygienist and Oral Health Therapist, James has undergone postgraduate studies (adult dental scope) and has extensive knowledge in the field of myofunctional therapy.
He is driven by his desire to make patients feel comfortable and confident with their smile, whilst eliminating the negative stigma often associated with visiting a dental surgery. A particular emphasis is placed on childern’s dentistry, teeth whitening, periodontal disease, sleep apnoea, craniofacial pain and TMJ disorders.
Outside the practice, James enjoys playing tennis and video games, watching AFL games and movies and has a strong interest in world politics and the stock market.
Hannah Mathew, Oral Health Therapist (Adel)
Hannah graduated in 2020 from Charles Sturt University in Wagga Wagga, NSW. She thoroughly enjoys working with people from all walks of life and in all age groups. No matter the person, her main focus is making them feel comfortable in the dental chair and always drives to create a positive dental experience.
She believes that small routine changes to at-home care, can create positive oral health impacts and likes to work with patients on a one-to-one basis to find a routine that will work for them.
Hannah loves to work with children and with her Bachelor of Oral Helath degree is fully qualified to perform dental examinations, fissure sealants, restorations/fillings, stainless steel crowns and deciduous extractions. Hannah has a gentle nature and aims to create fun and enjoyable experience for all children in the dental chair.

Joanna (Left)
Joanna has recently joined the St Marys Dental Team. In 2020 she graduated from Flinders University with a Master of Social Work. She is passionate about ongoing care and the well-being of the entire St Marys Dental Care Team.
Lenise (Right)
Lenise joined St Marys Dental Care in 2015. She comes with over 14 years of experience. As the practice manager, she enjoys all aspects of dentistry, and she loves to make patients feel comfortable and valued whilst at the dentist. Lenise communicates with all dental practitioners, both clinical and front office teams to ensure they have necessary and ongoing support.
